Description
Kesar (saffron) burfi is a speciality of Gujarat which is very popular during the festive seasons, especially Diwali. Richand sweet, SKS Kesar Burfi is made with milk, saffron, dry fruits, cardamom, and sugar. This mouth-watering dessert has a yellowish-golden hue and is shaped asthick squares. It is sometimes garnished with silver foiland dry fruits.
