SKS Mori Sevis plain salted sev made by deep-frying gram flour to a perfect crunch.  Carom seeds are added to the batter to give it a slight flavour. Slightly thicker than jinisev (a crumbly noodle-like titbit), it can be consumed as is for those sudden snack cravings or added to other dishes to enhance their taste.
